Why it's worth it
Traditional fantasy football is free, and the major platforms do it well. It is also a different game. A standard league caps how many people can play, everyone has to show up for a draft, and then you spend four months working the waiver wire and juggling add-drops so your roster stays legal.
PlayoffBlitz is a one-and-done league, for people who want the competition without the admin. There is no draft, so there is no night to schedule around and nobody misses out for being busy in August. There is no waiver wire and no add-drops, because nobody owns any players: every player in the pool is available to everybody, every week, unless of course you've already used that player. And there is no cap on members, so an office pool of sixty people runs on exactly the same fee as a group of six.
It's simple: just log in, look at who is available, pick the eight players you think will score the most, and you're done. That's it. The league fee is paid once by the commissioner for everybody.
