Data deletion request
If you signed in to PlayoffBlitz using Apple, Google, or Facebook and would like to request deletion of your data, please email us at support@playoffblitz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. This deletes your account credentials, personal information (name, email, phone), push notification tokens, notification preferences, and any league invitations involving you. To preserve the integrity of past league standings for other members, your historical league participation and lineup data are anonymized. They remain in league records but are no longer tied to your identity, and your team name becomes "Deleted User". You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Account holders using the mobile app can delete their own account directly under Settings → Account Security → Delete Account. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
